...Actually, I lied.

I'm not grinding up to L16. Just to L14 or thereabouts.

I realized that the L14 trainers are really the creme-de-la-creme of the Mt. Moon foes, and that, as such, I can get by with just being on par with them. Again, I don't want to overlevel. It will ruin the challenge.

Monarch is L15, Reservoir is L16 - they're not getting more levels except as incident switchgrinding side effects. I'm upping {spoiler} to L14 for comparative purposes with Sky Terror, Wormtail to L14, and {spoiler} to L14. Then I'll decide who goes into Mt. Moon.

Beat Mt. Moon, actually. And BOY do I have a lot of pictures. (Need to eliminate duplicates, which will probably cut the session to a sixth of the apparent images.)

Surprisingly, it was pretty easy. L14 WAS overgrinding it. The only nightmarish battle was L15 Raticate, which took two Potions and a lot of switching. ...That reminds me, I really should have brought myself up to SIX Potions, not four. Oh well, I'll do that when I start the ROM up again.

Super Nerd fell very quickly to Monarch's Confusion. Took Dome fossil. Reasonably sedate and relaxing trip... I'm going to have to hype the Raticate battle in Syaoran-POV in order to live up to my own panic. :D;; (I admit to using this link to get both Moon Stones, as I want them in case of later developments. That was my only non-blind part, though. Didn't even know Raticate Rocket was who he was until I walked up to him and started the battle, though I had my suspicions and switched Petra to the front to soak up hits just in case.)

Managed to get out of Route 4 grass without a battle, so I can head back there and recruit a Pokemon as soon as I start playing again.

The new Pokemon did surprisingly well against all those Bug Catchers. Much better than Herr I-Have-No-Flying-Type-Moves, at any rate. :\ I know Misty's a demon in disguise, and I need to remember that I only got through Mt. Moon so easily because Confusion gave me type advantage over Super Nerd and I caught Geodude instead of Zubat, enabling me to wall a good deal of Raticate's hits at first. Plus, Nugget Bridge is not a laughing matter. Can't get cocky. CANNOT get cocky in a Nuzlocke. Not unless I want to say goodbye to some of these nice Pokemon who happen to be traveling with me. D:

And 1,281 screenshots = 2.81 MB. How I love small image files. :D (Essentially 200 pics after pruning, then. See you then! :D)
