"Oh my god, I knew this was bad, I had read other sporks, but seeing the actual quoted text...oh my god." I know. :( I'd READ it and I wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it was.
"I'm only halfway through it as of this comment, but it's so painful I actually am going to have to take a break. That has NEVER happened before. Wow." Dang. D: Even with reading through several Anita Blake books?
"Also, reading this really makes me wonder how LKH acts in public if this is what she thinks is normal to read from people's expressions, eyes, etc. I've heard she's really charismatic in her appearences at cons and stuff, though I did hear a story from someone at a-sporking-rat over her snubbing a blonde fan completely, but I mean like in day to day when she doesn't have her game face on. Does she think all the people are thinking stuff like Anita thinks Ellen is thinking?" I'd like to say no, but Anita shares her opinions in almost all other ways, often acts as her authorial mouthpiece, and has acted the exact same way as Mrs. Hamilton in at least one 'ripped from real life' situation (Flirt). In addition, Mrs. Hamilton didn't seem to think Anita's behavior here reflected upon Anita at all poorly.
