Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke Time! (Part 2)
If anyone has overleveling cap suggestions, please tell me. I've seen +5 levels as a good number - for a first-time Nuzlocker, is this a good number, or should I go lower? I just don't want to trivialize the run by making it Grinding: The Game.

See, this is what I mean by benefits of the crazy screen-capture tool. The first three shots all came from one tap of the button.
The Pidgey was easily weakened...
...and captured.
Meet Sky Terror! He'll probably be booted from the party when I get better flying-types, but until then, enjoy meeting him.
Since this is a Nuzlocke, I hear I'm supposed to give these chaps personalities. Might as well start now.
Sky Terror: I AM SKY TERROR THE GREAT!!! BOW BEFORE ME!!!
Wormtail: You are. A L3. PIDGEY.
Syaoran: At any rate, friends, it's time for a brief bit of training. Best not to have you dying for no good reason, eh?
Syaoran: ...Now I just dearly hope I haven't overleveled you all into killing anything that moves. *facepalm*
Sky Terror: AWWWWWK! What's wrong with killing anything that moves?
Syaoran: Because I have to keep Pokemon alive to get them in a ball!

Syaoran: Before we cross the Forest, there's a place called Route 22 nearby Viridian City where I might be able to catch a new Pokemon.

Syaoran: That's the good news. The bad news...
Sky Terror: YES, FOOLISH MORTAL?!
Syaoran: ...Is that said Pokemon happen to be around level TWO.
Sky Terror: *pause* Oops.

Syaoran: ...And, getting into a battle, it's a Nidoran-female. A creature not known for its exceptional defenses.

Syaoran: Well, let's try lateral thinking. It's low-level - perhaps I can catch it at full health with a few Balls. How bad could it be?
Syaoran: ...So much for that idea. However! I have a brilliant plan that is GUARANTEED to drive it into the lowest health without killing it, so that I can use my sole remaining PokeBall without any chance of failure. Monarch?
Monarch: ...I am a refined Metapod. I have no plebian "Tackle" attack such as I would possess if evolved from a lowly Caterpie.
Syaoran: I know - but Harden only has 30PP... Now, Sky Terror, my friend? You mind lowering accuracy?
Sky Terror: THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT USE OF A MIGHTY SKY WARRIOR *spams Sand Attack anyway*
