You have NO idea. XD Really, you don't. Giovanni is a total pushover for a Water-type. (...Someone got seriously confused with play-balance, I think. Either that, or Water really IS supposed to be that good - what with the ability to learn Ice Beam for most of the important Water-types... >_>)
