I've been very much enjoying your posts on Codeacademy! I don't think I have time to do it right now...but hopefully I will in the future. <3 Maybe I can learn to code well enough that I can start to learn programming well enough to use the Sierra Adventure Game engine, and then I might be able to put down some of the stories percolating in my head.

I don't think I have time to do it right now...but hopefully I will in the future. <3 Ah, that's all right. I'm just giving it as a general suggestion to the f-list, since it's a fun and useful way to spend time and goodness knows the internet was made for distraction. :)

This link discusses how to actually program in that engine - interesting inasmuch as it mentions some commands specific to the game language, and tells you line-by-line what the gibberish-seeming commands are actually doing. I always wondered how those games made everything work. :) [Note that sairen.net's version is slightly different, as it uses switch-case statements to replace if-then statements because Javascript has no goto functionality. Or that's what the notes say, at any rate.]
Hope all is going well with you! Yep! It is, actually. Thank you so much for asking! :D
