Post the first lines of your last 21 fics.
Note that these may not actually be the last 21 fics I've WRITTEN, just the last 19 posted on my AO3, one posted elsewhere, and another currently unposted.
1. Two boys meeting in the sunlight in Godric’s Hollow; one grinned as he shook the other’s hand, and the other, though he gazed back with uneasy, wary eyes (Never trust anyone, whispered his mother’s voice in the back of his mind), smiled, too.
2. The Dark Lord is dead – Long live the Dark Lord!
3. First it was a job at Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, then a job as an Auror.
4. From the first, they were set apart from others.
5. Running from mythical beasts down fire-filled tunnels, flying like a horde of maddened dragons was after him, and hexing and casting for all he was worth – Really, Harry had thought once that the most adventurous years of his life would be spent taking down Voldemort.
6. Once upon a time, there was a git.
7. Murtagh slumped back against the wall, breathing weakly in his pain as his guts spilled out through the gash gaping in his abdomen.
8. Who are you? What do you live for?
9. Its creator despised its very presence.
10. The first rejection came when he had been a young man of eighteen, at the mercy of the whims of his village, despite knowing he was in the right.
11. “You can’t kill me.”
12. Love is supposed to protect this little boy’s heart; love is supposed to be the power he has that his mortal foe knows not.

14. When she was young and naive, she thought that nothing could justify slavery and the end of liberation justified any means.

17. The only comfort Remus has is that James, Lily, and Sirius aren’t here to see this.
18. She makes it out of the Forest Temple bruised by Floormasters, stabbed by Stalfos, and burned by Ganondorf's phantom.
19. They sent a ten-year-old boy to do a hero's job; what did they expect?
20. Potter stares back at him from the tombstone, his eyes lively and filled with hate; his mouth is bloody from where he bit through his lip under the Cruciatus, and his breaths come short and fast – not out of fear or panic, no, but only a natural reaction to the sudden, intense burst of pain.
21. The wards notified Kreacher that someone was at the door.
