Need to remember not to go on the psychological Social Justice blogs.

Let's just say I know... people in real life who remind me of the mentalities of many prominent SJWers. And that it causes a severe anger spike to see so many people reinforcing each other's persecution complexes, because I know exactly how those sorts of people act in real life, and... SO MUCH is brought upon themselves. And I also know that they are TOLD what they are doing wrong and how they could change to be happier people themselves and to be more considerate to others-

And that's what they call "gaslighting". And even if they haven't been exposed to therapy-speak, it's exactly the same sentiment they express in real life, without the convenient buzzwords to shorten a ten-minute rant to a three-minute one.

...*shakes head and sighs after an hour of brain-lock into frustration and internal whining-in-circles* ...Never mind. Shouldn't bother me.

[*another hour later* Hm. Don't worry about the emotions expressed in the above post - They were lengthy, but temporary. And I happened to stumble across a particularly red-flagging post while I was already in a tetchy mood. Onto happier things... like sporking stupid pop-psychological checklists. *sharpens spork*]

On a cheerier note...

In all the discussion and/or parodies of Taylor Swift's You Belong With Me, why has no one pointed out that, ignoring the video, the song itself never names the subject of the song as male?

Why, fandom, it isn't like you to miss the obvious twist/possibilities...

(That's also true of "Ours". Eenteresting, if you want another way to combat the supposed dislike-of-other-ladies in Taylor Swift songs...)
